The first week of December was an introduction for the department Users of the 3P Process: Preparation, Process, Production. The front line staff was encouraged to think about local bottlenecks, within the walls of their departments, taking special consideration for process-improvement opportunities or noting what are the physical barriers to eliminating the hot spots.
