As a leader of NBBJ’s national healthcare practice, Rich is responsible for ensuring that NBBJ understands the business, operational, human and environmental goals of our clients. This holistic understanding of our clients’ needs and aspirations forms the foundation for the creation of transformational environments that enable our clients to exceed each of their goals. Architecture allows Richard to integrate his broad interests in and knowledge of art and science in a field that is both applied and theoretical. He is an innovative designer with great versatility. Richard enjoys designing environments for people that allow for a rich variety experience. His range of expertise includes healthcare, education, mixed-use commercial, retail, urban planning and campus planning.
